There are many parables out there, which aim to teach us lessons. Some of them we agree with and some of them make us shudder. One thing is for certain, these parables have positive and negative effects on society as a whole.

The phrase "Curiosity Killed the Cat" is one that frequently bothers me whenever I hear it. The idea being to take heed being "too curious" else it might cause you to come to harm.

Often a nations health is measured by the several features, one of which is the unemployment rate. The general concept being that the closer we are to a 0% unemployment rate the better it is for the nation, or community.

The role and importance of surveys in everyday life:

Perhaps you can relate, I often find myself getting phone calls, sometimes several a day, asking me to complete some new survey on something.Luckily the people that call me are often polite and considerate of my time. I am sure it cannot always be easy for them trying to give a phone survey. Especially dealing with frustrated people disturbing there otherwise "quiet" day. It could be worse, it could be someone trying to sell you another credit card with a low introductory rate!

So the good news is I'm getting a new home, my own home, not a mini-home with it's own basement, and a 28x28 garage. I'm pretty excited about it, and I've been ordering all kinds of gadgets on ebay to take with me to my new home.

If your a windows user (and who isn't these days?) you simple have to get anti-virus software. I can't tell you how many times people have asked me to fix their computer because it was 'acting strangely' only to find out it was loaded with viral infections, all of which could have been avoided with a simple virus scanning tool.

And why pay hundreds of dollars, when you can get AVG for free?
